Στα πλαίσια του μαθήματος 'ΥΔΡ013 Παράκτια Μηχανική και Λιμενικά Έργα'

θα πραγματοποιηθεί διάλεξη του Καθηγητή Ling Wan του Ningbo University, Κίνα με τίτλο:

'Design and Dynamic Calculation Methods for Offshore Wind Turbines' 

('Σχεδιασμός και μέθοδοι υπολογισμού δυναμικής απόκρισης Θαλάσσιων Ανεμογεννητριών')

 

Η διάλεξη θα πραγματοποιηθεί στην αίθουσα διδασκαλίας του μαθήματος την Δευτέρα 20 Οκτωβρίου 2025 και ώρα 11.30. Tο μάθημα θα ξεκινήσει κανονικά και θα διεξαχθεί σύμφωνα με το πρόγραμμα.

Ling Wan 

Professor, Vice Dean, Department of Maritime and Transportation, Ningbo University, China.

 

Dr. Ling Wan is a Professor at Ningbo University, specializing in ocean engineering and floating offshore structures. He received his Ph.D from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) in 2016 under Professor Torgeir Moan. He conducted postdoctoral research at the National University of Singapore and served as Assistant Professor and Degree Program Director at Newcastle University (Singapore campus).

 

Prof. Wan has led and participated in multiple international and national research projects, including the EU Marie Curie FP7 projects MARINA Platform and MariNet, the Singapore National Research Foundation Multi-Purpose Floating Structures Project, and several major projects in China such as the National Key R&D Program, Zhejiang Province Key R&D Program, Ningbo City Key Projects, and National Natural Science Foundation of China projects.

 

His research focuses on offshore wind turbine, marine energy system, structural dynamics and reliability, and digital twin applications. He has published over 50 papers, holds more than 10 patents.
